Money Back Guarantee
We provide a 30-day money-back guarantee on Web Hosting, Reseller Hosting, and VPS Hosting packages, excluding hands-on managed websites, managed services, and hosting packages tied to specific VPS or dedicated server purchases from our vendors, with the following conditions:
- Refunds are limited to one per customer (i.e. multiple services or signups don’t qualify)
- Refunds exclude setup fee (equivalent to 1 month of regularly priced service for each specific hosting plan)
- Refunds do not include cost of additional services purchased such as Elementor Pro licenses, All In One SEO licenses, WHMCS licenses/license upgrades, domain registration, migrations, dedicated IPs, or any other licenses (such as LiteSpeed for VPS).
- A written request must be submitted separately from the cancellation request within 31 days of cancellation.
- Refunds are sent within 31 days of receiving the refund request.
- Refunds are not granted to accounts closed for TOS or AUP violations.
- No refunds will be granted for any products canceled outside of the 30 day service period.
We provide a 72-hour money back guarantee on all gaming server products. If you are not satisfied with the performance of the game server, or have difficulty getting setup, please submit a cancellation request and a support ticket requesting a refund. No refunds will be granted to any products canceled outside of the 72-hour service period.
Domain Registrations/Renewals
All domain name registrations and renewals are FINAL. Because we have to pay registry fees on our end we cannot process refunds for these transactions.
Late Invoices
We do NOT provide extensions on invoices here at Tekie Hosting.
All invoices should be paid on DUE DATE. We do have a 4 day grace period on delinquent invoices, but if not paid after this, accounts will be suspended. These invoices are subjected to a 15% late fee that must be paid to reactivate the account. Invoices delinquent past 14 days are subject to account termination.
We will make every attempt possible to contact you 24 hours prior to account termination. Once the account has been terminated ALL data including backups will be scrubbed from our servers. There is no recovering the data once the account is terminated.
Service Classification and Managed Services
Tekie distinguishes between one-time project work and ongoing managed services. One-time website development projects are quoted and billed as discrete engagements at prevailing project rates, with published minimums for website development and search engine optimization engagements. Projects funded below these minimums are not sustainable as one-time engagements and are instead provided under a managed services arrangement.
Where a website or hosting account requires ongoing maintenance, updates, security monitoring, performance management, or technical support beyond the scope of standard unmanaged hosting, Tekie reserves the right to classify or reclassify the account under the applicable managed services tier. Managed services are billed monthly in advance at the then-current published tier rates, with a minimum tier rate as published.
Tekie reserves the right to transition any account from standard hosting to managed services, or between managed service tiers, where the level of work, technical complexity, or support required warrants reclassification. Clients will receive notice of any such change no fewer than 14 days prior to the effective date. Continued use of the services on or after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the revised classification and rates.
Labor-based and managed services commence upon receipt of payment for the applicable service period. Tekie is not obligated to perform labor-based work, including but not limited to invoicing management, content, or development work, in the absence of payment in advance.
Promotional Pricing
Many of our web hosting, reseller hosting, and VPS hosting packages are discounted for first-time customers.
All packages will renew at the regular rate.
For the BEST possible pricing, we reward customers for signing up annually (12 months), biennial (24 months), and triennial (36 months).
